If you cannot understand or have feelings about this attack and call yourself a believer then you have a lot of soul searching to do! This man was honorable! And as a man myself this hits even harder. How can a man be honorable, a believer, a hard working, family oriented, speak his mind and yet still be persecuted. This might be the most common (and consequential) mistake homeowners make when they sell their home.

When you see a home thats been sitting on the market for months and wonder why? This is usually the reason.

Some sellers think that they’ll get a higher price on their home if they push it on price and list the home at that higher price.

Here’s some tough love for sellers (and I promise it’s said in kindness ❤️):
→ The real estate market (and buyers) do not care what you think your home is worth. They care what the 5 similar homes in the neighborhood sold for and how yours compares.
→ The market value of your home is not influenced by how much you need to sell your home for in order to break even or make a profit.

While these are real constraints sellers feel, it’s most important to price your home based on data, not feelings.

As an experienced real estate advisor, I’d be happy to help you consider the very best strategy for getting the most for your home.
