When I say I help sellers sell their home, I don’t just mean putting a “For Sale” sign in the yard.

Prepping a home for photos and showings is a huge part of the process. I could hand my clients a checklist of things to do, but if they need help getting it done, I’m happy to roll up my sleeves.💪🏽

Today, that meant helping my 82-year-old client get the home market-ready.

Because sometimes real estate is less about selling houses and more about helping people.

Helping sellers isn’t just putting up a “For Sale” sign.

Sometimes it’s moving boxes, organizing rooms, and getting a home photo-ready.

Today, that meant helping my 82-year-old client prepare for the market.

The behind-the-scenes work is often the most important part. 💙

My clients just closed on a one bedroom condo in Asbury Park for less than $600,000! Deal of the lifetime: very large private balcony, renovated kitchen, parking, and around the corner from all the great restaurants!

I was on the receiving end of one of the most meaningful displays of gratitude this morning.🙏

One of my clients passed away last week, sadly,  while I am selling her house. I am working with the family to continue the sale. While discussing inspection negotiations, the son said to me, “I appreciate you being so level when I am not.”

I take my role as a fiduciary, protecting my clients, very seriously.
