If rates fall significantly, more buyers jump back into the market immediately — and competition heats up fast.

Right now, buyers are negotiating:
âś… Closing cost credits
âś… Inspection flexibility
âś… Price reductions

Sometimes buying BEFORE rates drop can actually put you in a stronger position.

You can always refinance a rate.
You can’t refinance the purchase price.

MORE inventory + LESS competition.

That means:
✔️ More negotiating power
✔️ More price reductions
✔️ More seller concessions

That’s when your listing gets the most online attention and the most showings.

If a home is priced correctly during that window, it often attracts multiple interested buyers. If it’s priced too high, the market can move on quickly.

The homes that sell fastest are usually the ones that hit the market priced realistically from day one.
