📅 These conservation measures are in effect every summer (June 1 – Oct. 1) for all City of Spokane water customers, including residential, commercial, and multi-family properties.

🚰 Level 1 Watering Guidelines:
• No outdoor watering between 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Limit watering to 4 days per week
• Best practice: no more than 2 hours per day
• Avoid washing sidewalks, driveways, decks, and patios
• Exceptions: trees, vegetable gardens, new landscaping & wildfire mitigation

🌱 Level 2 restrictions are implemented only if a drought emergency is declared and river flow drops significantly.
