No journey is the same. This is our 3rd time being under contract but when God says yes, you realize delays were part of the process. Victoria and Liam are now homeowners 🙌🏾. She never had a defeated attitude always claimed it would work when it's supposed to. She never gave up on me as her agent an WE handled every hiccup with grace. Best case scenario when it's all said and done and she has the perfect starter home for her family. I couldn't be more proud and excited. You talk about somebody being so prepared and diligent. The 1st pic was taken on August 14th of 2024 when Ms. Jackie walked into the office. Her words were "You helped someone I work with and she made me come but I dont think I can buy a house"
Before we left I made her promise she wont give up no matter what and she left with the smile you see. Over the past year this has been an especially difficult journey. From technology barriers, ups and downs, and even the house being set on fire during the build😮. We literally had every reason to stop but I remember her reminding me "This is my house". She is the epitome of staying with it and trusting the process. Well guess what?? Today is her day. Here we are almost a year later and she just got the keys to a new home built from the ground up by James White Enterprises LLC & she selected all materials and finishes. Me and my wife prayed and petitioned to the Lord for Ms. Jackie to the point she our auntie now lol. I couldn't be more happy for anyone. Leisa Johnson was a true soldier and held this together plus helped us get $20,000 in resource assistance 💶. We dont just want to develop or sell you a house. We want to be part of your testimony.

On my left an incredible, young couple just closed on their first investment home😮
Home built by James White Enterprises LLC I can't put into the words how encouraging that should be for young, especially minority couples💯. They handled it with grace and stepped up to the plate and hit a homerun. The entire family should be applauded for setting standards of excellence and creating pathways for the next generations. On my right is a protégé who is shadowing for the day, licensed and playing college ball😮. Setting goals on a level that I couldn't even begin to see at that age. Might just take over the game👀 This day has impacted me in more ways than one. Congrats to our sellers 🔑🏡. Who is next???
