Public Announcement. If you're name is Jason Hranicka, the rest of the stuff that you left behind when you left owing 12 weeks rent has now been legally removed from the Apartment. It is at the curb in front of 2231 Lincoln Avenue. You have 24 hours to claim your belongings after which it will be disposed.
Thanks for the superb and clean way you left the property, Photos attached .
A note to local scavengers . Please let Mr Hranicka have a chance to get his stuff . That means hands off for at least 24 hours .

Another Successful Rental Renovation. You wouldn't know if i didn't tell you that I pieced this kitchen together from used cabinets and appliances. Also we used free oak flooring from Second Chance . Of course it was more labor intensive, but worth it .
