2025 was one of the most challenging years real estate has seen in a long time. Fewer buyers, tighter lending, cautious sellers, and a market that required strategy, patience, and honest guidance.

As I wrap up my 6th year in real estate sales, I can’t help but reflect on how far this journey has taken me. God has surely blessed me to have built such an incredible business, and one of the greatest gifts has been the relationships I’ve built along the way – connections that might never have happened otherwise. From clients to colleagues, each relationship has enriched my life in ways I’ll always cherish 🙏 This industry is a roller coaster of contracts, closings, and caffeine ☕but I wouldn’t have it any other way😉

🏠 31 transactions and $10,804,314 closed volume in 2024. I exceeded my goals for the year and reached a milestone that I am very proud of...this year pushed me to 155+ transactions and $45,500,000+ in closed volume as a single agent (not including my time as a team leader).

There are several benefits to owning your home. A significant one, especially when inflation is high like it is today, is that homeownership can help protect you from rising costs.
