Do you train horses or board horses, or run any horsey business? Protecting yourself from liability is critical and it takes a village. For instance, you need proper insurance and good waivers/contracts, and you should likely consider a LLC. Having a Limited Liability Company set up isn’t overly complicated or expensive but can shield you from unimaginable damages if something happens and you are sued.
