A growing number of wealthy buyers are trading the Hamptons for Long Island's quieter North Fork, drawn by privacy, natural beauty, and a slower pace. Luxury agent Carl Gambino, who recently opened a North Fork office, says demand has been building among high-profile clients who want a genuine retreat. One of the biggest benefits of a team approach in Greenport real estate is having the right people working together to see the full picture.

This home in the West Dublin neighborhood of Greenport Village is a great example.
