Lowball offers aren’t strategic.
They’re diagnostic.

They tell the seller exactly how seriously you’re taking the deal.
They tell the agent exactly how much cleanup they’ll be doing.
They tell everyone whether this is a conversation… or a waste of time.

And here’s the part people don’t like to say out loud:

Most sellers don’t counter low offers.
They mentally disqualify the buyer and move on.

Not because they’re emotional.
Because they’re rational about where attention goes.

Negotiations don’t begin with disrespect.
They begin with credibility.

And once credibility is gone…
