Faozia Audrey Adebo has been named a Rising Star by Voyage Dallas! ⭐🏆

Congratulations to our very own Faozia on this well-deserved feature. 🎉

Faozia holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate and an MBA in Entrepreneurship. Born in Benin, West Africa, she came to Dallas-Fort Worth and built her business one relationship at a time. She now serves first-time homebuyers, military families, relocation clients, new construction buyers, and investors, and she’s bilingual in French and English, which makes the process far less intimidating for international clients.

Her philosophy is “Beyond the Closing Table.” She doesn’t just hand over keys. She educates her clients on financing, equity, and building long-term wealth, and she hosts homebuyer education sessions and community events where people can learn without feeling like they’re sitting through a sales pitch.

The result is something every agent wants: past clients who come back and send their family and friends. 🙌

10.1% of Dallas jobs are now in finance, vs. 9.9% in New York.

And a chunk of that boom is sitting 10 minutes from where I sell real estate — Schwab, Fidelity, Sabre, Deloitte, Goosehead, all headquartered in Southlake/Westlake.

Proud of Smokey Garrett and him leading the way to protect our agents and the consumers they represent!

Today, Inman put a national spotlight on a conversation Smokey Garrett has been driving for months: Who controls real estate data, how is it used, and do the agents and consumers behind that data have a meaningful voice in what happens to it?

What makes us especially proud is who Smokey is fighting for.
