D-FW led the field in a scorecard of metro areas that property executives expect to prosper in 2026. It’s the second straight year that North Texas has topped the PriceWaterhouse Coopers and the Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate report.

𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝟴/𝟭𝟰/𝟮𝟱 – On August 14-15, this work will begin nightly from 8 p.m. – 5:30 a.m. On the morning of Saturday, August 16, work will end at 10 a.m.

𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁! 🚧 Precinct Line Road northbound and southbound at SH 183 will be closed nightly from 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., August 11-16, for capacity improvements on the TEXpress Lanes bridge. Traffic traveling northbound will be detoured to the Hurstview Drive intersection and traffic traveling southbound will be detoured to the West Bedford Euless Road intersection. The intersection will reopen each morning.

Signage with the closure information has been placed along Precinct Line Road. Please plan ahead and follow detour signs to navigate safely. Thank you for your patience!
