Watching dreams unfold in real time is one of the sweetest parts of what I get to do 🤍

This is the third home I’ve been blessed to help Carlos & Blanca purchase, and every single one has had purpose behind it.

Blanca has shared with me how, as a little girl, she would walk down to her grandmother’s house on Sundays. Family close by wasn’t just convenient, it was everything. Those memories shaped her dream: for her grandchildren to be able to walk to her house whenever they please.

Now here they are…
Two amazing kiddos.
One precious grandbaby.
And a vision that’s slowly becoming reality.

Carlos and Blanca are in a position to purchase homes close by for their children creating stability, opportunity, and generational wealth all at once. It’s intentional. It’s legacy. It’s love in action.

Grateful, humbled, and honestly really proud 🤍

After being sick for the past few weeks, I never got a chance to post about my December closings but I’m excited to finally share that I was the second highest top-producing agent for the month at my brokerage!

While I fell just short of my personal goal of being the top-producing agent, I’m incredibly proud of what truly matters most: helping 4 families move into their new homes just before Christmas. That’s the real win.

While many agents slow down and “go with the flow” during the winter months, I see this season as an opportunity to show up, work harder, and serve more families when they need it most.

So thankful for my clients, referrals, and support system. On to 2026 and all the exciting opportunities ahead! 🏡✨

🎉 CLOSING DAY WIN for my VA Buyer! 🇺🇸🏡

Dianne and her husband were on the fence about renewing their lease—until they saw how much rent had gone up lately 😅. They figured, why not buy instead?

We first met at a resale home in a newer area that didn’t offer much in the way of community life. With a little one like Darron—who’s currently in his “explorer era” 👶🧭—they dreamed of sidewalks, parks, and pools where he could roam free. I told them, I know just the place. Bonus: it’s close to the military base 🙌

Thanks to knowing the area like the back of my hand, we found the perfect home FAST. We met April 16th, and they were under contract within a week! The only hiccup? Their lease wasn’t up until August. But after some strategic negotiating, I got closing pushed out to June 3rd—with no mortgage payments due until August! That gave them time to move stress-free.

And here’s the cherry on top:

🌮🐶Real🐷💪Life💍❤️Fairytale🏡🍹

Back in March of 2022, and Tanner came to me with a dream. We sat down at Mercado, their favorite restaurant, to talk about plans for a rental. It’s a place that’s been part of both their lives since childhood, so it felt like the perfect spot to begin their next chapter. And now, it holds one more unforgettable memory.

At the time, renting was just a stepping stone. Their long-term goal was homeownership but first, they needed a space of their own. Their 2 kiddos, Presley a pup 🐶 and Chowder a pot belly pig 🐷. As you can imagine, landlords aren’t always thrilled about farm pets.

We discussed everything location, size, budget, timing and they put in the work. There were moments along the way where becoming homeowners felt out of reach, but they never gave up. Because when there’s a will, there’s a way.💪

On this journey Tanner FINALLY popped the question 💍 in 2023.

When gave us the green light🚦to start making offers we found a home that checked all the boxes, but it was overpriced and the sellers were being unreasonable. When one door closes, another opens. I ended up finding them the exact same floor plan, even closer to both of their jobs. We negotiated to get their closing costs paid, and soon after, we were under contract!

Just two weeks ago, Shea and Tanner became Mr.🤵‍♂️& Mrs.👰‍♀️Wreay and now, they’re officially proud homeowners! 🏡✨ We started this journey at Mercado… and fittingly, we closed there too. Full circle. 🦁

2025 is already off to an incredible start for them and I couldn’t be more honored to have been a part of it. Helping people find homes is always special, but when it’s friends… it means even more. 💚
