One thing we hear from clients more than almost anything else:

It comes up so often that we've started to realize how much it means — and how much it says about what people have experienced elsewhere.
Keeping clients informed isn't a feature we offer. It's just how we think cases should be handled. You brought us into something important. The least we can do is make sure you always know where things stand.
