DUTIES

Court appearances, drafting, research, assisting senior attorneys, estate administration, and litigation preparation/participation

Managing clients and client files

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years experience as a lawyer

Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment

Capacity to be coached and independently manage/prioritize multiple tasks without micromanagement

Don't sweat reaching out if you work with another probate firm. We want to hear from you and you will be compensated for that experience!
