Thank you Rahul Dubey for sharing the powerful and moving personal account of your spontaneous act of allyship on June 1, 2020 by opening the doors of your home to over 70 Black Lives Matter peaceful protestors who were being funneled down your street outside your Washington, D.C. home and tear gassed by law enforcement under Trump's orders.

The description of how police attacked your house trying to tear gas your living room, posed as protestors to infiltrate your home, and terrorized your house full of law abiding citizens who had been peacefully expressing their sorrow and anger at George Floyd's senseless death, is both disheartening and motivating.

If everyone could open their minds and hearts as bravely as you opened your doors, racism wouldn't have a chance.

Join the Collaborative Law Community!
While the courts continue to struggle with litigation backlog due to the pandemic, out of court dispute resolution processes are thriving and easily translate to virtual venues.

Collaborative Law Process is a multi-disciplinary team approach to resolving disputes peacefully. The professional team includes a Collaboratively trained attorney for each party, a neutral Coach/Facilitator, and often other trained professionals such as neutral financial professionals, CDFAs, mortgage brokers, business coaches, and child specialists.

Business, family, and estate disputes lend themselves easily to Collaborative Law Process. The Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council is offering a virtual three half-day training March 3-5, 2021. Needs based scholarships available. Please consider taking the training and joining the community!
