One thing I appreciate about being part of Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury is that we don’t stop working once a home is listed.

Today, our agents toured two listings together to provide honest, constructive feedback for our fellow agents and their sellers.

We walked through each home from a buyer’s perspective paying attention to first impressions, layout, lighting, functionality, and the overall experience. Sometimes a small adjustment can make a big difference.

I believe collaboration makes us better REALTORS®, and ultimately provides better service to the families who trust us.

And of course…we wrapped up the afternoon with great conversation and tacos. 🌮💙
