Glad to help a family at the Fountains last night. The mother was still in good shape. Don't wait till the last minute-- if a person is not able to sign it might not end the way the family wants. Take care find that happy medium live for today but plan for tomorrow :)

two notary calls in one day both for Wednesday one at 2pm in Yuba City and one at 4 pm in Marysville!

Another home loan for first Class Signings. Great people had an issue and worked well together. Remember if you are re financing or getting a new loan you can ask for your own notary. Especially if the finance co. is out of town. They will find a notary signing company and they could call me so cut the middle and call me THANKS
