This sale was not an easy one. The Seller had been in her home for many years but no longer had the means to keep it up. A conservator stepped in and determined it was time to sell. We emptied the house, priced it right and found a buyer looking to build sweat equity. It sounds easy but probate court approval was needed, appeal periods had to be met, and liens had to be paid. It took a village to make this one happen 🙏🏻 🏡🍁
