Discover 7 spring well-being tips to embrace or share with your team! The changing of the seasons brings a great opportunity to reevaluate what's bringing you closer to your goals for wellness and productivity.

Ways you can encourage spring well-being at work:
1. Eat fresh, in season produce: maybe introduce a fruit basket in the lunch room or contribute to a community garden as a team.
2. Spend more time outside: take a team meeting in the outdoors or catch a little sun on your lunchrbreak.
3. Spring cleaning: Tidy up your workspace or group working areas.
4. Get out and exercise: as a team, join some kind of "walk for a cause" or a charity event with a physical activity component.
5. Be aware of spring allergies: it's nice to have the windows open, but be considerate of team members who are allergic to pollen. Station tissues around the office.
6. Pick up a new hobby: join a club and see if anyone you work alongside will join with you. It could be community dodgeball, birdwatching, or a free library event. Dust off a common interest you haven't engaged in for awhile.
7. Reconnect with loved ones: Remind your team members to take much-needed PTO to visit a family member out of town or a friend they haven't had time for in a while. Create opportunities for team members to hang out outside of work.

How do you priorize wellness in the spring?

March 18th: Forget strict rules and start building nutrition habits that actually stick. Learn how to create flexible routines that support your health—and your schedule.

Together, we’ll explore why routines work better than diets, how to pick go-to meals that fit your lifestyle, and how to build simple fallback plans for the days that don’t go as planned.

You’ll leave with realistic, ready-to-use strategies that reduce decision fatigue and support a low-stress, positive relationship with food. No perfection required—just a fresh approach that works in real life.

Reflecting on your priorities is choosing to live intentionally rather than reactively. When you understand what matters most, you stop chasing everything that doesn’t.

Why priorities matter:
They simplify decision-making.
They reduce stress and guilt.
They create fulfillment.
They strengthen relationships and teamwork.
They bring balance.

As we head into March, which priorities are you choosing?
