Here’s to another successful closing! 🥂 Today’s deal was uniquely interesting since it was a mobile home, meaning the process was completely different from a standard house. Get this: we ended up doing the final sign-off at the DMV! The attorneys, title company, buyer’s team, and my clients and I all gathered there to seal the deal. We faced a unique challenge, navigated it smoothly, and now the keys are in the hands of very happy new owner! 🗝️✨
