We are seeking Immigration Paralegals with experience in PERM process and preparing and filing I-140 immigrant petitions.

Working hours 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities and Duties •

Responsible for preparing and filing H-1B/PERM, I-140, I-485 and other employment-based applications/petitions.

• Manage case initiation process and fact gathering.

• Facilitate completion of immigration case submissions by obtaining signatures, missing information, etc. from client.

• Create, edit, print and distribute materials.

• Ensure that client is compliant with posting and maintaining required documentation.

• General administrative duties as needed

• Maintain client contact information.

• Prepare, update and manage status reports. Prepare custom reports. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes.

• Routine case monitoring

Qualifications and Skills Requirements (experienced level):

• 2+ years of professional work experience in immigration law.

• Extensive reporting, file and document management experience strongly preferred.

• Strong interest in the legal field, particularly immigration

• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational and data entry skills • Achieve high level of productivity.

• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.

• Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Offic
