I do enjoy and am mildly amused that almost every day, this page for my old private practice law firm once located in Fox Lake, Illinois is visited.

I have been a prosecutor in S Texas for almost three years now and while I admit I make far less, the work is challenging and rewarding.

I maintain this page as nobody can predict where the future will take you, and as a licensed attorney in two great states - Texas and Illinois, I may one day return to private practice.

I do miss and deeply admire my former Illinois clients, and am deeply touched that so many of you here in S Texas want to choose me as your attorney. Right now and for the foreseeable future however, I am your friendly, neighborhood prosecutor.

One word of advice for those seeking an attorney, I highly recommend the local bar association over the generic Google search. Almost every county has a local bar association and these groups can be excellent resources to find the right legal resource for your unique legal situation. All attorneys are not the same, nor do we have the same skill sets and experiences. A Google website may not be the best resource at your disposal.

I want to thank you all for all of these years of allowing me to be your local
Fox Lake attorney. As most of you know, I have moved to Texas and am happily and proudly serving the citizens as an Assistant District Attorney. The Illinois office is closed. I will always treasure my time in Illinois but now I am a Texan.
