September market numbers for South Padre Island are in!

The island is still a buyer's market with 14.88 months of inventory. The good news is homes sold a little faster and closer to asking price than they did in August.

October market update for South Padre Island, Port Isabel and Laguna Vista is up on my website!

The island is still a buyer's market with 14.88 months of inventory. The good news is homes sold a little faster and closer to asking price in September than they did in August.

If you've been thinking about a condo on the island, there are about 240 for sale right now, so there is a lot to choose from.
