⚖️ Abbott: MDL 3194, Chicago, IL
⚖️ Nevro: MDL 3195, San Francisco, CA

Why it matters: Abbott's court sits in the Seventh Circuit, while Boston Scientific and Nevro sit in the Ninth, and those circuits apply different standards to device-injury claims early in a case.
