Utah Challenge Cup Final.

It took 4 years of trying to assemble a good women team that would play togetger and win something. We have had good players and we’ve beaten good teams. But for one reason or another, the project could not take off.

La mayonnaise n’avait pas pris!

But this year, we got lucky. Some young women of goodwill came together to create a cohesive unit, supporting each other, losing together but never giving up. And winning together.

A team of accomplished ladies, scientists, PhD candidates, university students, bakers, biochemistry graduates, cancer nurses, estheticians, cardiac unit nurses, legal professionals, bank employees, high school students, teachers, medical researchers, engineers, etc.

They grew to become a good team. A physical team. A technical team. A resilient group. And most of all, a coachable team. Many played in a few games as guest players. Others played a half season. But they all contributed immemsely.

I can proudly say they are all MY PLAYERS!!!

Research shows that Americans eat so much cat meat that we had to pass a law against slaughtering and selling cat meats. Actually, eating cat meat seems to be a world wide practice. Cat meat are consumed in Asia, Europe, South America and in Trump’s MAGA America. Click the link below. Haiti isn’t even mentioned as a country with a practice of eating cats. This is not to say it’s not eaten there as it is eaten in Argentina, Italy, Japan, China and Switzerland. But that M**O Trump wants to denigrate poor Haitians

In the United States, “in December 2018, the Dog and Cat Meat Trade Prohibition Act of 2018 was signed into federal law, making the commercial slaughter and trade of cat meat illegal and punishable by a fine of $5,000, except as part of Native American religious ceremonies. Previous to that bill, consuming cat meat was legal in 44 states.”
