Three years. That's how long I waited to see my sign go up in my own neighborhood. 🏡

Did it happen right away? Nope. Did it take three years? Sure did.

But that's ok, because good things take time. Every client, every closing, every referral along the way built the trust that made this moment possible.

I thought climbing Kilimanjaro would be about reaching the summit.

And yes, standing at the top was something I’ll never forget.

But looking back, what stays with me most is everything the mountain taught me along the way.

To slow down.

To trust the next step even when I couldn’t see the entire path.

To let other people support me.

To keep moving when my mind started telling me I had nothing left.

And maybe most importantly, to remember that growth doesn’t always look impressive while you’re in it. Sometimes it looks like putting one foot in front of the other when no one is watching.

We all have our own mountains ⛰️

A new chapter. A scary decision. A goal that feels too big. A season that asks more from us than we expected.

Kilimanjaro reminded me that we don’t have to conquer it all at once.

Just keep taking the next step. 🤍🏔️
