He believes AI and robotics will generate goods and services far exceeding today's economy. However, this futuristic promise clashes directly with the current reality of the housing market, which is short between 4.03 million and 10 million homes. While AI can boost productivity, it cannot simply "code" more land or magically increase the physical housing supply.
