I want to thank everyone who has been supportive of my law firm for the past 10 years. I have worked hard and advocated for my clients.

I am still here. However, due to some family issues, I will not be as active as I have been for awhile. My goal is mid-January to pick back up. It's an optimistic goal, but my goal.

In the meantime, I am still advocating for my current clients. The most important information is that I am not taking on any new contested family law cases until my family is ready.

I am still open. I am available for Bankruptcy cases, both Chapter 7 and 13 at this time. And for those of you who need to do your Estate Planning now is the time for it.

I wanted to share this. I love my clients and you have so understanding and supportive. I will continue to serve you. And new clients who need a Bankruptcy or Estate Planning, I will meet your expectations and serve you well. And once I start back with my family law cases, I will definitely be ready to serve you as well.

As it stands now, the pay to show up for jury selection is $15 per day. Those chosen to serve on a jury earn $40 per day, which comes out to $5 an hour for an eight-hour day. Legislation making its way through the Statehouse would double that pay.
