"Today [May 14], the European Commission, on behalf of the European Union, joined the Enlarged Partial Agreement of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine, the document setting out the institutional, financial, and administrative modalities of the Special Tribunal. Following today's decision, participating states and organisations will be able to ratify the Convention which will officially establish the Special Tribunal. The Special Tribunal will have the power to investigate and prosecute senior Russian political and military leaders for the crime of aggression against Ukraine."

We will form a special international tribunal to investigate and prosecute for war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression (waging aggressive war). We anticipate placing the following in the dock: Trump, Vance, Rubio, Bondi, Hegseth, S Miller, S Wyles, CJCS General Caine, the entire JCS, CENTCOM Commander and staff, SOUTHCOM Commander and staff, various military and civilian staff members.

We will also propose and implement changes to the UN system to strengthen it. These changes will as a minimum consist of eliminating the Security Council veto, mandatory jurisdiction of the ICC over all states, creation of a standing World military force, enforcement mechanisms for ICJ decisions.

SCOTUS rules Trump's tarriffs based on IEEPA are illegal. Not unexpected. Query, will this actually help Trump?

The decision does not affect all of Trump's tariffs but invalidates those implemented using an emergency law.
