First off, I want to THANK all our current, previous, and past clients for trusting us with your real estate business. We appreciate every one of you for letting us help you with something of such significance and importance. Without your trust in us as a company and agents we would not be where we are. We hope to continue to earn your trust and business in the future and that you will refer us to all your friends and family.

With that said, I am not one to look at the stats much within the Memphis Association of Realtors. I just focus on my business and let the cards fall where they may but since I will be getting my lifetime membership status to the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club this year, curiosity got the better of me.

For the year of 2024, Morris and Morris REALTORS was ranked #39 out of 456 member offices within the Memphis board, which includes over 4000 member’s total. That number has been dropping significantly since the beginning of 2024 with a big shift in the market. So not a small feat considering we only have five agents on staff including myself. Our fearless leader and head guy in charge, Keith Morris aka: THE LANDGUY was the #3 REALTOR out of the entire board this year! He also took us to the #1 office spot in December. More on that later. His knowledge in the land game is second to none and there are people all over the country who call on him for his expertise in that area. There are numerous agents in the real estate game today, including myself, who owe their success as agents to his guidance and mentorship. So, know that when you hire the landguy you are getting one of the best land brokers in the game. I somehow managed to squeak out a top 50 at #46 this year.
