Lepp, Mayrides & Eaton, LLC, is pleased to welcome Allison E. Holzman, Esq., as Of Counsel to the firm.

With more than two decades of experience in matrimonial and family law, Allison has been a trusted advocate for clients since 2001. Her practice is devoted exclusively to family law matters, including divorce, child custody, mediation, support issues, and complex financial matters.

Allison is a trained family law mediator and is also proficient in collaborative law. She serves on the New Jersey state roster as a Parenting Coordinator and has been appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem—bringing a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to even the most sensitive family matters.

Her work has earned consistent recognition, including selection to Best Lawyers in New Jersey for Families and Family Law Mediation, as well as New Jersey Super Lawyers, and as a past recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Award.

Allison received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Michigan. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
