Sold! We were very pleased to help this family in Manchester move ahead to their next space, this was all through an introduction and referral by a hometown friend and realtor Suzanne Agasi. Capitalizing on the end of the summer market we were able to get a great over asking price with multiple offers to choose from and pleased to see the next family able to own their first home! Not every transaction is simple and black-and-white… truthfully most are not !!! We represented the buyers of this property on Wagon Road in Enfield… working together with the sellers who had some contingencies that needed to be addressed on their end to be able to successfully close; together with a little flexibility on each side we got to a very successful closing.
