Michael Gilberg, Attorney-at-Law

Michael Gilberg, Attorney-at-Law "An advocate for children with disabilities who walked in their shoes."

Unfortunately in our Society many individuals with disabilities do not get the services which they are entitled to under the law. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ensures that individuals with disabilities receive equal access to the same services as everyone else with reasonable accommodations. The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) entitles all children with disabilities

to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). As an attorney who went through the special education system growing up with misdiagnosed Asperger's Syndrome I will put my heart and soul into your case, because I know what you are going through. My personal experience gives me a level of insight and empathy into your situations that many attorneys do not have. I am passionate about helping people with disabilities because I have walked in your shoes. Contact me about how I can help you with any legal problem related to Special Education or Disability Rights because justice moves slowly while injustice moves quickly.
