Teri Lee Thompson, the founder and owner of the LAW OFFICE OF TERI THOMPSON, LLC, has been a criminal defense attorney for over 28 years. She has extensive trial experience from juvenile matters to capital felonies, and has represented 31 men and women facing the death penalty in both federal and state court. Teri is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals

for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals. She has a proven ability to analyze, investigate, and litigate with extraordinary advocacy in the face of the most demanding pressures. A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Teri is a Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is known for volunteering in her community and mentoring youth. In 2012 she was recognized by her law school for her dedication to humanity. She volunteers as a Debate Team Coach and Mock Trial Team Coach at Spelman College.
