Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Full Time):

Desirable candidates are able to work independently and as part of a multi-location support staff with limited supervision, are highly organized and hard working. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF Software, and Missouri Courts’ Case.Net. Must be able to manage several projects and tasks at once. General office duties such as answering phones, filing, replying to emails, responding to legal inquiries and ensuring docket deadlines are met.
Primary responsibilities include communicating with clients, medical providers and court staff, tracking deadlines and case status, maintaining litigation and estate files, investigating facts, drafting letters, pleadings and medical chronologies, and organizing documents.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), previous paralegal or secretarial experience, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor.
