I am starting to rebound from the shingles. My doctor told me that I had a really bad run and the side effects may take awhile. However, I am returning to the office this week ready to get back to work!

On September 1, 2019, the State of Texas will repeal the Driver Responsibility Program! This money grabbing program prevented Texans from renewing their drivers licenses by adding outrageous fees on top of fines for minor infractions. All fees disappear on September 1.

The new tax proposal aims to take away a divorcee's tax deduction for alimony or other spousal support. This could be huge.

The new texting law in Texas is basically useless. A driver can use their phones for maps, music, etc. An officer must have a warrant to look through as driver's phone. If you are making the bad mistake of texting while driving and you are pulled over do not consent to a search of your phone.
