Lagarde Law is proud to announce a significant victory before a five-judge panel of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal.

After initial oral argument before a three-judge panel, the matter was referred for further consideration before a five-judge panel of the Court. Attorneys Ross Lagarde and Erica Hyla successfully reversed the trial court judgment in a complex commercial real estate litigation matter involving a $2 million purchase agreement, together with an award of delay damages and attorney’s fees.

This result followed extensive briefing and oral argument and reflects our firm’s commitment to strategic advocacy, meticulous legal analysis, and relentless representation of our clients’ interests at both the trial and appellate levels.
