Lagarde Law is proud to announce a significant victory before a five-judge panel of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal.
After initial oral argument before a three-judge panel, the matter was referred for further consideration before a five-judge panel of the Court. Attorneys Ross Lagarde and Erica Hyla successfully reversed the trial court judgment in a complex commercial real estate litigation matter involving a $2 million purchase agreement, together with an award of delay damages and attorney’s fees.
