Team Work!
I love this partnership. Is it always easy? No. We both have our way of doing things, and neither of us is exactly short on opinions. 😂

But this past week, watching Sean take on more while I heal from surgery has meant so much to me. I’m still working from home, picked up two new listings, and staying connected with current and past clients. When he has been free he’s been out doing showings, arranging repairs, talking with clients, and keeping things moving.

What brings the biggest smile to my face is overhearing him confidently call clients and vendors I’ve built relationships with over the years. Then he comes back and tells me how much he likes them, and I’m thinking, “See! This is why I love these people!”

Letting someone else step into something you’ve spent years building is hard, even when that someone is your husband. These relationships matter to me. I’ve put my name, my reputation, and a whole lot of heart into them.

But watching him find his own rhythm, build those connections, and enjoy the people as much as I do? That’s pretty special.

We’ve built a life together. Getting to grow this part of it together brings me a whole different kind of joy.
