Closing Day!

It always makes me a little sad when my clients sign remotely and we don't get to celebrate at closing together. But today this family closed on their new home in Picayune Mississippi!

Some people couldn't imagine buying a house without stepping foot in it, but Military buyers do it all the time. That's why being an Realtor they can trust is so important. We guide them as if it were us buying the home. And we fully understand what is needed.

This one had its hurdles, and the Mama bear protective of my clients had to come out a few times but we did it!!!

Next week, Sean and I will be stepping away from the office for our annual family vacation and some much needed time with our boys.

While family time is incredibly important to us, so are our clientspast, present, and future. Rest assured, business will continue as usual while we're away. As many of you know, I rarely disconnect completely. I'll have my computer and phone with me and will remain available throughout the week.

Our amazing team member, Crystal Williams-Realtor , will be in the office handling any matters that require an in-person presence, assisting with communications, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

Transactions will continue moving forward, showings will take place, offers will be reviewed and presented, applications will be processed, and our clients will continue receiving the same level of service and attention they have come to expect from The Fadely Group.
