Good morning, Northern Lehigh and beyond!
***Long Post Warning***

Over the past two months, many of you have known that I've been dealing with some ongoing health challenges that have resulted in multiple hospital visits. I am also scheduled for surgery in September. During this time, there have been days when office hours were limited, calls went to voicemail, and I wasn't always available as quickly as I would have liked.

To my valued clients, friends, and family who may have experienced delays or difficulty reaching me, I sincerely apologize. Providing dependable, personal service has always been my top priority, and I understand how frustrating it can be when I haven't been as accessible as usual. Your patience, understanding, and support have meant more to me than I can express.

Even while navigating these challenges, I remain fully committed to growing Aaron B. Kromer Notary Services LLC and continuing to provide the exceptional service our community deserves.

With that in mind, I'm excited to share some good news! If you've stopped by the office recently, you may have noticed a new face behind the desk. Please join me in welcoming Megan to the team! 🎉

Megan has received her PennDOT clearances and has officially begun training. She will be working part-time to help bridge gaps in office coverage, especially when I'm out on mobile appointments. Her addition will help us better serve our clients and continue expanding our availability throughout the area.

As she learns the ins and outs of the ever-so-"simple" PennDOT process, I ask for your patience, encouragement, and a warm welcome. I know she'll do a fantastic job serving our community.
