📸 The fact that one of my buyers lined them up like a family portrait before taking the picture? 😂

After 42 years in real estate, I've seen a LOT of strange things... 🏡

But this still ranks near the top. 🤢☠️

One of my buyers found these in the attic. 😳

Instead of running away... 🏃💨
..they lined them up... 🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴
..took a picture... 📸
..and for reasons I'll never understand, their first thought was...

"We need to send this to Mickey!" 🤦‍♂️😂

I always appreciate hearing from past clients... ❤️
..but some days I really question my career choices. 😬🤣

Now I'm curious... 👀

🚨Did You Hear About Today's Mortgage Rate Change?👿

Well... this wasn't the headline I expected to wake up to today😅

Mortgage rates climbed to 6.66% today, yet homes throughout the Philly suburbs are still selling quickly because inventory remains incredibly low🏡

So if you've been wondering whether it's still a good time to sell...

The answer is YES! YES! YES!😉

I lasted about 3.7 seconds before he crossed me into another zip code. 😂

Fortunately, I'm MUCH better at Helping People MOVE than defending NBA superstars! 🏡😆
