Here’s a quick look at July’s Sioux Falls market!

A few things stood out this month:

Inventory is still down compared to last year, but new listings were up. So buyers are seeing some new homes hit the market, but overall, there still aren’t as many options as there were last year.

The median sales price also increased to $340,450, so home values in Sioux Falls are still holding steady.

For buyers, this is why it’s important to know your numbers before you start looking.

For sellers, pricing your home correctly still matters a lot, especially in those first couple weeks on the market.

It has been such a blessing getting to be part of this journey. From the first showings to today’s closing, thank you for trusting me every step of the way.
