I need to update this more often. Last week we successfully challenged a DHHS finding of child abuse and our client got his life back that was wrongfully destroyed by a reckless and unsupported "Founded Report".

Today we secured a Jury Verdict in favor of our client in a Defamation case.

Seven figure settlements are awesome. Winning work comp cases are awesome too. Obtaining justice for our clients is very satisfying. BUT, the happiest days are adoption days! Today was no exception. Congrats to PJ and his new mommy and sister.

Today is graduation day at the Keenan Trial Institute!

We are pleased to announce that Harold (Hal) has completed all the coursework and requirements to graduate from the Keenan Trial Institute (KTI).Graduation is November 4, 2022. Check out the KTI website and learn more about Don Keenan, the courses, and the dedicated instructors and KTI staff. Not to brag but Half earned a 4.0 GPA!

I am very proud to be a lawyer. Not all of us are good at what we do. I agreed to represent a nice gentleman who was seriously injured. The problem is that his first lawyer had no idea what he was doing and missed many deadlines resulting in the case getting dismissed because of the statute of limitations. We sued the lawyer for malpractice. Today obtained justice for our client with a summary judgment against the first lawyer. It is sad to say this but the first attorney is now an ex-attorney.

My IT department tells me I need to post more often on this webpage so I will. Today we successfully obtained a permanent Order of Protection for a mother and her two young children from an estranged drug abusing husband who threaten to kill the wife and himself.
