What’s the MOST underrated feature in a home? 👀🏡
Is it walk in closets? Covered patios or oversized decks? Or maybe open concept living room-kitchen? How about main floor laundry, now that’s a nice one! Sometimes it’s the smaller things that make the BIGGEST difference in everyday life.
My personal opinion? The most underrated feature in a home is the amount of STORAGE. 🙌
Give me good closets, extra cabinets, pantry space, built-ins, or even a great storage room and I’m happy 😂
Being able to organize your things and store everything away without feeling cluttered is honestly top tier. Homes with extra storage space give owners room to grow. There’s nothing better than a home that actually functions well for real life. 👏
