As a Sioux Center native and seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive everyday to exceed their expectations.
In 2021, I became a Broker/Owner with Vision Realty. We are proud to be part of a cooperating brokerage, which means we can show you any listing, anywhere. I especially love working with buyers--getting to know their personalities, their families, and helping them find their dream home. For my sellers, I work tirelessly to represent their property to its fullest potential. With every client, I bring integrity, honesty, compassion, and professionalism, every single time.
I am a proud member of the Northwest Iowa Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I also hold several professional certifications, including the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). I specialize in residential and commercial properties, acreages, and have also had the privilege of listing land auctions throughout Sioux County.
My goal is simple: to make every step from contract to closing as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I understand the ever-changing market in Sioux Center and the surrounding communities, and I'm ready to put that knowledge to work for you.
My husband, Marv, and I reside in Sioux Center. He is a general contractor specializing in home remodels in the surrounding area. We enjoy golfing, hosting BBQs, participating in church activities, and making new friends. We're also proud grandparents to four wonderful grandkids and are loving life as “empty nesters”.
