Fraser, Robert William "Bob", 84, Orange County attorney, was born in Seattle, Washington in 1924 to Phil and Theta Fraser. As a boy, Bob moved with his parents to Havre, Montana where he attended high school and worked as a wrangler/guide for the Glacier National Park Saddle Company. Bob proudly served as a 1st Lieutenant in the Marine Corps in World War II and Korea. Bob attended college at Wash

ington and Lee University in Virginia and before attending law school at Northeastern University in Boston, married his wife of 30 years, Dorothy Rita Fraser. Bob attended Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island and later started his law career in Riverside, California. At the end of the Korean War, he established practices in Tustin, San Juan Capistrano and Santa Ana, where he worked until his retirement in 2005. He was past President of the Orange County Bar Association, founding attorney of the Committee on the Administration of Justice, and a member of the Trial Lawyers Association. He served as Judge Pro Tem until 2006. Fraser established the Clan Fraser Association of California which continues to gather on a monthly basis at his beloved ranch in the San Mateo Wilderness. Fraser had a love for wildlife and the environment, working tirelessly for these causes until his unexpected death. He never forgot his roots in Montana or his ties to his forefathers in the highlands of Scotland. He is survived by his three children, Jan, Phil and Patricia; their mother, Dorothy Fraser; son-in-law, Michael Curry; four grandchildren, Theta, Annie, Caleb and Austin, and numerous dear relatives and friends. Services will be held at noon on Saturday, November 1st, at the Round Potrero, east of San Juan Capistrano.
