Today I closed a chapter of my life. 11 years ago, I accepted an offer from the Cochise County Attorney’s Office. The interview was done from my office in Nebraska over FaceTime. I accepted without ever even seeing Cochise County and knowing noone. I will forever be grateful for my time at the County Attorney’s Office. I learned so much!
Tomorrow, I return to private practice start my new adventure with The Country Lawyer.
It’s a bittersweet day, as I will miss many wonderful coworkers ❤️ but I am super excited to join a firm that I have known since I moved here and am so privileged to have this opportunity!

It’s Veteran’s Day. Thank you to all the men and women who have fought for our freedom. A special thanks to my Father who went to Korea at 17. Still the best man I have ever known and miss him everyday. Also my grandfather Weston Webb, WWII Veteran (not pictured). May we honor all of the brave men & women who made/ make a difference ❤️

I’ve known many attorneys over the years who understood this. The very root of everything we do as lawyers starts with a disagreement. Some attorneys blue lines and take it person. But true mature attorneys can still congratulate eachother at the end of contested trials and move on to the next case!
