Announcing our legal assistant, Michele Ryan, has a new title and has been accepted for licensure by the Arizona Supreme Court as a Legal Paraprofessional! What is a legal paraprofessional?
"In Arizona, a Legal Paraprofessional (LP) is a licensed professional, similar to a nurse practitioner, who provides legal services within a defined scope of practice, including representing clients in court, without the supervision of an attorney. " Michele has served our clients since 2004.
