My client and her husband were both facing domestic abuse charges and child endangerment.

Final resolution was disturbing the peace. $50 fine plus court costs.

Client 1:

A felony charge was amended to a misdemeanor with a $100 fine plus court costs.

Client 2:

Armed Robbery (Felony) was amended to a Domestic Abuse Battery.(Misdemeanor). Client was released.

Possession of a Firearm and Controlled Dangerous Substance (Felonies) was amended to Illegal Carrying of a Weapon (Misdemeanor) and Possession of Schedule I (Ma*****na) - Credit for Time Served. Client was released.

Client 3:

Aggravated Cruelty to an Animal (Dismissed) and Illegal Possession of Stolen Things (Felony) amended to Simple Criminal Damage to Property. (Misdemeanor). Client was released.

Client 4:

Hit and Run causing serious bodily injuries. 3 years Probation.

Every case has its own set of facts and circumstances.

I've been working hard!

For the criminal defense cases, my client was facing multiple felony charges, all of which would have required him to register as a s*x offender.

After multiple hearings, we were able to plea to one amended misdemeanor charge with no requirement to register as a s*x offender. 💥 All other charges were dismissed.

Another client was facing multiple felonies, two different courtrooms with gun and drug charges. He was being held with no bond.

Not only was he released, but we were able to negotiate a plea with a very reasonable sentence with some charges dismissed and remaining charges to run concurrent.

He's at home enjoying time with his family and working on his life goals to stay out of trouble.

Also, in the family law cases, my client was seeking a modification of custody and was requesting to relocate to another state.

Not only did we modify the custody plan, but she's also able to immediately relocate with the children to another state.
