📺 For years, people across the -Bossier area knew Rashad Johnson as one of the familiar faces covering local sports. 🏈🏀
He interviewed athletes. He told their stories. He documented victories, setbacks and the people behind Northwest Louisiana sports.
But when Rashad’s television chapter came to an end, his story didn’t.

Rashad Johnson is a Shreveport native and graduate of Evangel Christian Academy.
He earned an associate degree from Bossier Parish Community College before receiving his bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from LSU Shreveport. 🎓
He is also an Eagle Scout ⭐ — the highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America and a distinction rooted in leadership and service.
Those qualities showed up early.
While in college, Rashad coached youth football and basketball and began mentoring young men. 🏈🏀🤝

Rashad’s television career didn’t begin behind an anchor desk.
It started from the ground floor.
After interning at KSLA News 12, Rashad joined the station in 2011 as a part-time studio camera operator and photographer.

In 2016, he covered the Shreveport Lady Ballers as the program prepared for a national AAU tournament, while also highlighting the organization’s roots in using youth sports as an alternative to gang violence.
He produced local Athlete of the Week features and covered major sporting events, including Super Bowl LI in Houston. 🏆🏈

❤️🤝 “IT’S ALL LOVE”
Rashad’s emphasis on mentoring and community service didn’t suddenly appear when he entered the financial world.
It goes back years. ⏪
In a KSLA biography published in 2015, Rashad discussed mentoring young men and his desire to establish an organization dedicated to making a positive impact.
He already had a name for it:
“itsalllove.” ❤️
That idea eventually grew into It’s All Love 365, described in Rashad’s professional biography as a movement centered on bridging gaps and transforming mindsets within communities.
His biography also says he has spent roughly a decade mentoring young people, including youth at a local Juvenile Detention Center, emphasizing self-respect, family and the importance of fathers establishing strong foundations. 👨👧👦❤️

🏆 In December 2023, Rashad shared that R.I.S.E. Shreveport surprised him with an award during its Party With a Purpose.

In September 2024, Shreveport-based WFA – Plan | Invest | Inspire announced that Rashad Johnson and former Cincinnati Bengals safety Brandon Wilson were joining the firm as it expanded financial education efforts for athletes.
Rashad already had a relationship with WFA through independent contracting and freelance digital-media work.
But now he was entering the financial-services industry himself. 📊
WFA said its effort would reach athletes across multiple levels — including high-school, collegiate, semi-professional, professional and retired athletes.
And in today’s sports landscape, that conversation has become increasingly important because of:
